A: No, it’s for global pharma stakeholders
Q: What are the categories of Pharma Ratna Award?
A: There are 5 categories namely Young Achiever, Pharma Ratna, Honourary, Lifetime and continent wise
Q: Is there any nomination fee for submission of nomination?
A: Yes it is INR.8,000 for single nomination for Indians and USD.120 for global citizen
Q: Is there any other hidden fee involved apart from nomination fee?
A: No, not at all
Q: What is the last date for submission of nomination?
A: October 15, 2019
Q: Can I nominate myself for Pharma Ratna Award?
A: No, somebody else will nominate you and complete details of nominator should be there with his or her signature
Q: Should I courier my nomination form or should I file online?
A: You have to email your filled nomination form along with resume, passport size photograph and fee receipt paid if there would be any changes it would reflect on website.
Q: In which account nomination fee would be paid?

Q: Can I get back my nomination fee if I cancel my nomination?
A: Fee once paid will not be refunded back
Q: How do I know if I have been selected for award?
A: You will get official confirmation letter by email
Q: Is there any fee if I invite my family friend?
A: Yes INR.4000 per person for Indians and USD.60 for foreign delegates
Q: Do I have to register my family friends in advance?
A: Register your friends in advance because there are only 300 occupancy inside the conference hall.
Q: Is there any form to register family friends as delegate?
A: Yes, You can mention up to 5 friends details in nomination form and if friends are more than 5 then you fill delegate’s form where you can fill up to 10 friends.
Q: How do I know registration status of my friends coming with me after making payment?
A: You will get confirmation by email email within a week of payment
Q: Where can I get schedule of Pharma Ratna Award Ceremony?
A: It is available on www.pharmaratna.com and please note registration will start by 09:00 AM and program will continue till 05:30 PM
Q: will you serve vegetarian menu or non vegetarian?
A: Only vegetarian food will be served in breakfast, lunch and evening teas.
Q: How far is railway station and airport from venue?
A: Both railway station and airport will take 60-75 minutes from venue
Q: What are categories of stall in exhibition?
A: There are four categories namely Elite, Golden, Silver and Bronze
Q: What is the fee structure for exhibition category wise?
A: Rs.1,51, 000 for Elite, Rs, 1,10,000 for Gold, Rs, 65,000 for Silver and Rs.35000 for Bronze.
Q: Is there any offer?
A: Yes, 50% discount till 30.10.2019 depending upon the availability of stalls
Q: What would you provide to the exhibitors?
A: You will get ready stalls to show case your product. You have to carry your promotional tools including standees.
Q: How much free pass do I get for my team and friends?
A: Elite will get 8-10 pass, Gold will get 4-6, Silver will get 2-3 pass and Bronze will get only 2 pass.
Q: What is the last date to share team details to get ID card?
A: You have to share team details latest by 30th October, 2019
Q: Can I get the chance to be key note speaker?
A: only Elite and Gold categories will get this privilege
Q: What are the categories and fee for sponsorship?
A: Rs.3,000000 for dinner and lunch host, Rs.1,50,000 for Travel Partner and Guest stay, Rs.1,00000 for Trophy Host, Souvenir Partner, Delegate Bag and Morning & Evening Teas
Q: Is there any offer for sponsorship?
A: Yes 50% discount till 30.10.2019
Q: How many are complementary passes in each category?
A: 6-10 complementary passes depending upon the category you select. For dinner and lunch host it would be 10 passes, for Travel partner and Guest stay 8 passes and 6 passes for rest sponsorship.
