There are five categories of Pharma Ratna Award namely Pharma Ratna International, Pharma Ratna Lifetime, Pharma Ratna, Pharma Ratna Honourary and Pharma Ratna Young Achiever award. Criteria of selection for all five categories are summarized as follows. In every category submit scan copy of nomination form along with nomination fee & passport size photograph. Nominee could be any national and from pharmaceutical, healthcare and noble cause sectors are eligible to submit his or her nomination. He or she must have exposure of some achievement to differentiate among other applicants. Nominee could be employee or employer from private or government sector. Age of nominee should be below 40 years. Multilingual will be given added advantage.
